History
In 1994, Veolia Environnement invested in professional training for its employees by setting up a French national education authority-approved apprentice training center (CFA) at the Château de Jouy-le-Moutier in conjunction with the regional council.
In 1997, the center expanded into continuous training and changed its name to the Urban Environment Institute (IEU). The Veolia Environnement Campus got its name when the Water and Energy Services divisions were integrated within the Group. It encompasses two existing units located at Romorantin and St-André (Nord department).
