Continuous training

Aside from apprenticeships managed by the Urban Environment Institute's apprentice training center, the Campus delivers over 500 continuous training courses to Group employees.

They generally last for between three and five days and take either a cross-divisional or a business-specific approach.

Most of the training staff come from and subsequently return to the Group, enriched by their teaching experience.

The training programs are open to employees from outside France.
